Refund policy

We want your shopping experience at Donjane to be as smooth as possible. Below are our return guidelines.

For Orders Shipped Within the U.S.:

⏳ 7-Day Return Window — Strictly Enforced

You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After 7 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted — no exceptions. This deadline is based on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
• Items must be unworn, with original tags and clear garment packaging (including the SKU label).
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refund processing:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
• Exchanges are not available at this time.

For International Orders:

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside the U.S.
