🛍️ Donjane Refund Policy — Please Read

We want your shopping experience at Donjane to be as smooth as possible. Below are our current return guidelines, based on our supplier's policies.

For Orders Shipped Within the U.S.:

• Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Return requests must be submitted within this window and items shipped back within 7 days of approval.
• Items must be unworn, with original tags and clear garment packaging (including the SKU label).
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the item.
• Exchanges are not available at this time.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or be declined.

For International Orders:

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside the U.S.
